As a member of our Work from Home Roadside Assistance team, when a vehicle breaks down or malfunctions, customers will call us for your help. They may be stuck on a busy highway, in the middle of an intersection, in a parking lot, or even in their driveway! You will make sure they are safe, determine their exact location, actively listen to their concerns, and dispatch a service provider as quickly as possible to help them. It’s a conversation with a purpose.

What you will do in this position:
In this fast-paced and time sensitive role, you will dispatch boosts, tows, tire changes, unlock services and more across continental North America. You may be handling a wide range of calls, from short, basic service dispatches to longer, more complex situations that require you to gather essential details and actively solve problems. Your empathy and strong customer service skills will help to build trust and keep your customer calm and focused. You will document details to ensure efficient service with minimal delays. You’ll have access to a network of service providers, an online resource knowledge bank, and an experienced team ready to support you from the comfort of your home with our suite of technology.

We need you to have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 months of Customer Service experience
• Able to work varying shifts as we operate 24/7 – mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays
• Dedicated, quiet office space in your home with a locked door
• High-speed internet and dedicated feature-free analog landline
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to read, write and speak in English
